Cornell Cooperative Extension has launched a new community hub and resource center for families, individuals, and professionals who work with them! The resource is named Our Community Table, sharing insights, building connections, and creating belonging. Here we will gather to share ideas, thoughts, and resources that inspire community building and well-being for all of us.
Whether you are interested in parenting information, strategies for connection and healthy relationships in your family, or building a resilient community, this space intends to be an open door that leads to practical tips, steps, and insights for everyday life.
This website consists of a monthly blog, a community calendar, Community Resource list, and information about the Master Community Builder Program. The blog is an initiative of the Family and Community Resilience Program at Cornell Cooperative Extension in Orange County and is designed in lieu of a kitchen table that would allow us all to gather, have conversations about subjects that matter to us, exchange recipes for success, and enjoy each other’s company.
