The Resilience Project's goal is to raise awareness about the impact of trauma and adversities on the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities. The mission is to promote and foster resilience by creating a supportive and inclusive community that provides opportunities for safety, connection, healing, and growth.
You are invited to browse the resources on this page, and you are also invited to join the project as an individual or on behalf of an organization. Members commit as partners to implementing, sharing, and advocating for resilience-building and healing-centered measures and approaches that support a healthy and vibrant community. The Resilience Project provides several programs and capacity-building training programs you can find information about on this site.
