Cornell Cooperative Extension (Owner) will receive sealed Bids for the above project until 10:00 AM prevailing time on January 17th, 2025. Work to include Company should be fully licensed and insured. CCE will either select a single company having submitted a proposal deemed the most advantageous to the Cornell on a lump sum basis.

Bids received after the after the mentioned time will not be accepted.
All bid envelopes must be marked “BID PROPOSAL FOR LIVESTOCK WASH STATION PAVILION LOCATED AT 300 FINCHVILLE TURNPIKE”. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their Bid is delivered to Lucy Joyce.
All interested parties are invited to attend the Bid Opening. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 AM prevailing time on January 17th, 2025, at 18 Seward Ave, 3rd floor Middletown, New York 10940
A pre-bid meeting and walk through is set for January 3rd at 10:00 AM on site at the 4H park in Otisville., at which time the bidders can inspect the property and ask questions. This meeting is not mandatory.

Bona fide Bidders may secure copies of the Bidding Documents from the Fusco Engineering and Land Surveying, D.P.C. beginning December 13th, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM., Monday through Friday.
No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within 45 days after date of the opening of Bids.
A non-collusion statement must be provided with Bid proposal.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all Bids.
Contracts for work under this project will obligate the successful bidder and his subcontractors to observe all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
