FYI: One of the questions in the evaluations was about pricing. During the meeting, Maire spoke about the AMS list but since that is large-volume wholesale, she thought this list might be helpful too. It’s the Park Slope food coop price list. It combines local and not as well as organic and not for a pretty good guideline for pricing.
But if digging into data is fun….there’s tons of it here: https://www.ams.usda.gov/market-news/fruits-vegetables
If you want to learn how to use the terminal market reports, Maire can help with a phone call or Zoom. Call her at 845-344-1234.
Thanks to you all for your participation and remember CCE is here as a resource for you!
