 4-H SPEAK UP Challenge

The 4-H Speak Up Challenge empowers youth to find and use their voice with confidence. Through preparing and delivering speeches or presentations, participants build strong communication skills, critical thinking, and organization. Youth learn how to clearly express their ideas, support their opinions with facts, and connect with an audience—skills that are valuable in school, careers, and community leadership. Most importantly, the challenge helps young people develop self-confidence and the courage to speak up about topics that matter to them.
