TRY BAKING A FALL TREAT!
Fall baking is a wonderful way for 4-H youth to learn valuable life skills while celebrating the season. From baking pies with freshly harvested apples to creating pumpkin-flavored treats, fall baking encourages creativity, teamwork, and practical kitchen knowledge. Through 4-H cooking and baking projects, youth can explore different recipes, understand the importance of using local ingredients, and develop a sense of responsibility in the kitchen. These activities also foster a sense of community, as youth can share their homemade goods with family, friends, and neighbors, making the fall season even more special.
