Become a Vendor

Interested in becoming a vendor at The Country Fair? Our 4-day fair runs Thursday, July 24th through Sunday, July 27th and attracts over 5,000 guests per day.

Vendor & Exhibitors

All vendors must MUST supply a certificate of insurance for The Country Fair, P.O. Box 24, Otisville, NY 10963 also naming the Otisville Lions Club, P.O. Box 24, Otisville, NY 10963, and Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County, 300 Finchville Turnpike, Otisville, NY 10963 as additional insured.
Donations: $125.00 for a corner booth or $100.00 for all other vendor booths
ELCTRICITY IS NOT PROVIDED. SEE RULES & REGULATIONS.
Please make checks/money orders payable to the: OTISVILLE LIONS CLUB
There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks and non-payment will result in loss of assigned booth space.
APPLICATION, PAYMENT, SIGNED WAIVER OF RELEASE, AND INSURANCE CERTIFICATE must be received by July 1, 2025, to ensure your booth space.

Food & Game Vendors

All food and game vendors MUST supply a certificate of insurance for The Country Fair, P.O. Box 24, Otisville, NY 10963 also naming the Otisville Lions Club, P.O. Donation:$275.00 (Approximately 20'x20' booth) Electric provided.

APPLICATION, PAYMENT, SIGNED WAIVER OF RELEASE FORM, AND INSURANCE CERTIFICATE must be received no later than June 25, 2025, to ensure your booth space. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Vendors must complete and return the Health Department Form to Orange County Department of Health. For questions, please call Orange County Department of Health 845-291-2331.
