We are excited to welcome food vendors, craft artisans, game operators, and exhibitors to this year’s 4-H Farm & Family Fair!

Each summer, the fair brings together families and visitors from across the region to celebrate agriculture, creativity, youth development, and good old-fashioned fun.

As a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your products, talents, and services to an enthusiastic audience—all while supporting a community event rooted in education, tradition, and family-friendly entertainment.

Friday, July 24, 2026

• 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday, July 25, 2026

• 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Sunday, July 26, 2026

• 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Applications & deposits are due by June 22, 2026.

Vendor Information & Requirements

Application Approval

• All vendor applications are subject to approval by CCE Orange County.
• CCE Orange reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
• Vendors displaying or selling unapproved merchandise may be removed from the fair with no refund.
• Vendor spaces/locations are assigned by CCE Orange.

Payments & Deposits

• Deposits due: June 22, 2026 by 4:30 PM
• Final payments due: July 15, 2026 by 4:30 PM
• All deposits are non-refundable.

Refund Policy:
CCEOC will refund payment minus the non-refundable deposit only if cancellation is received before July 1, 2026.

Insurance Requirements

Sales Tax Certificate

If you sell taxable items, you must possess and display your original Certificate of Authority permitting NYS sales tax collection.

Certificate of Insurance

An acceptable Certificate of Insurance must be submitted no later than 15 business days before the fair begins.

Vendors without their own insurance may obtain low-cost coverage through ACT/FLIP:

Additional Requirements for Food Vendors

Food vendors must submit the following to the Orange County Department of Health (124 Main Street, Goshen, NY 10924):

1. Workers’ Compensation and Disability Insurance
2. Application for a Permit to Operate a Temporary Food Service Establishment

Vendor Duration

• Vendors applying for a 3-day space must remain for the full duration of the fair.
• Vendors leaving before 5:00 PM on Sunday, July 26 will be subject to a $250 fine.
• Outstanding fines must be settled before participating in future events at CCE Orange’s 4-H Park.

Vendors may also choose a 2-day (Saturday & Sunday) option.

Electricity

• Generators highly encouraged.
• Limited electric hookups available.
• Approval is required—please indicate voltage needs on your application.

Vendor Confirmation Checklist

To be fully confirmed as a vendor, the following must be received:

✓ Approved Vendor Application

✓ Deposit & full payment by July 15, 2026

✓ Completed & signed Contract Agreement

✓ Review and acceptance of all 2026 Vendor Rules & Regulations

✓ Certificate of Insurance submitted by July 9, 2026
