Thank you for your interest in 4-H Camp Clover. We are proud to provide a fun, hands-on summer experience where youth can learn, grow, and thrive. Rooted in the 4-H Positive Youth Development framework, Camp Clover offers weekly themed activities that encourage confidence-building, friendship, and the exploration of new interests—all within a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

About Camp Scholarships

Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County is committed to making Camp Clover accessible to as many families as possible. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and community partners, we offer a limited number of need-based scholarships each year.

Scholarships are:

• Awarded based on financial need
• Dependent on space within the camp program
• Typically able to cover up to one week of camp

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a scholarship or a camp placement. Each application is thoughtfully reviewed to determine how we can best support participating families.

All information submitted is kept strictly confidential and is reviewed only by the scholarship selection committee.

How to Apply for a Scholarship

If your family wishes to apply for financial assistance, please follow the steps below:

1. Access the Application

2. Complete All Required Fields

Be sure to fill out each section thoroughly and accurately. Complete information helps the selection committee review your application efficiently and fairly.

3. Provide Financial Information

Since scholarships are based on financial need, please include all requested financial details so your eligibility can be fully evaluated.

4. Submit by the Deadline

All scholarship applications must be submitted by:
March 15, 2026
Applications received after this date cannot be considered.

5. Await Notification

Families will be notified of their scholarship status by:
April 1, 2026

All information provided through the application process is strictly confidential and will be reviewed exclusively by the scholarship selection committee.
