Come join us for an interactive volunteer orientation.  Expand your knowledge, create connections, and get more involved!

  • Learn more about the Cooperative Extension System.
  • Discover more about Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County and how it fits into the bigger system.
  • Meet volunteers from various sectors and learn more about what they do for our organization.
  • Spend time reflecting on why you volunteer and what you hope to gain from your experiences.
  • Hear from veteran volunteers about how they got involved and how their involvement has evolved over time.

This program is geared towards newer volunteers (been with us for < 3 years), but all are welcome!

Light refreshments will be provided.
