The Strengthening Families Program is a fun, engaging three-part series designed for parents, caregivers, and youth ages 10–14 to learn, connect, and grow together. Through family meals, interactive activities, and meaningful conversations, families will build skills and strengthen relationships in a supportive environment.
Throughout the program, families will learn strategies to communicate more effectively, navigate the challenges of the teen years, solve problems as a team, and support healthy decision-making. Most importantly, participants will have opportunities to connect, have fun, and strengthen family bonds along the way.
