The Orange County 4-H Beginner Archery Program is designed for middle and high school youth who are new to archery and interested in learning the fundamentals in a safe, supportive environment. Through hands-on instruction at the Education Center & 4-H Park, participants will develop confidence, skills, and knowledge while exploring the sport of archery.

Youth will learn about the history of archery, range safety, archery equipment, proper shooting form and technique, and how to select and maintain equipment. The program provides an opportunity for participants to learn, practice, and demonstrate their skills as they progress through the course.

The program meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30–8:00 p.m. at the Education Center & 4-H Park, 300 Finchville Turnpike, Otisville, New York. The cost is $65 per youth.
