Information overload and isolation are common experiences that can lead to self-doubt and hopelessness. Yet, we all carry valuable knowledge about what connects us and supports our well-being.
This year we’ll focus on how we can access and apply that knowledge. We’ll develop tools to guide building community in the classroom, with people we care for, our colleagues and others in our personal and professional lives.
