Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training in Spanish

This in-person training will educate Spanish-speaking farmworkers on best practices for handling produce on the farm and in packing houses, focusing on the requirements outlined in the FSMA Produce Safety Rule. 

A catered lunch and breakfast refreshments will be provided to attendees.

Esta capacitación está diseñada para educar a supervisores de seguridad alimentaria, agricultores, otras empresas agrícolas y propietarios de viviendas que quieren añadir la agricultura a sus propiedades

El curso proporcionará una base de buenas prácticas agrícolas (PAP) e información de co-gestión, requisitos de Ley de Modernización de la Inocuidad de los Alimentos ("Produce Safety Rule"), y detalles sobre cómo desarrollar un plan de seguridad alimentaria agrícola, y algunas buenas informaciones sobre GMPs también.
