2024 Agricultural Literacy Week - March 18-22, 2024

New York Agriculture in the Classroom's annual Agricultural Literacy Week will take place 
March 18-22, 2024. Community members around the state will be volunteering to read 
I LOVE Strawberries by Shannon Anderson to elementary classrooms. This book will take students on a journey from a strawberry seedling to table of strawberries, as told through the experiences of Jolie, a young girl determined to prove her responsibility by growing this popular perennial.

This year’s program will be held in-person and volunteers will organize this experience with your classrooms.  If your school is interested in participating, please complete the survey (registration link) below before February 15, 2024.
