Join us for this virtual workshop on Tuesday, October 24 from 7:00 - 8:30 pm.

Often as adults, we put ourselves last on the list. Research supports that self-care is of great importance when raising our children.

Join us for a 90-minute virtual workshop that will explore:

  • Mindfulness
  • Parental resiliency
  • Self-care
  • Impact of role modeling these behaviors.
