Illustrate autumn's bounty with colored pencils. Your completed drawing of colorful leaves, fruits or flowers will make a great seasonal decoration for your home. Review drawing basics: form, tone, and color; become familiar with drawing materials; observe our subject; and do a tonal drawing before finishing it with color. Upon registration, a materials list will be provided.
Presenter Bio: Doug Milne has been a Middletown Master Gardener Volunteer since 2015. While pursuing a certificate of horticulture from the NY Botanical Garden, Doug completed a full course load in botanical illustration. He is a member of the Florilegium of the National Tropical Botanical Garden on Kauai, Hawaii. His art work has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibits in New York and Hawaii.
