DUCK DERBY 2019

The sixth Annual Great Extension Duck Derby will be held at the CCE Education Center and 4-H Park during  Day 2 of our 4-H Fair & Family Festival. Ducks will be released promptly at 4:14 pm, so be sure to arrive on time, as you do not want to miss this exciting race! As we have done for the past two years, we will be building a temporary “river” to run our ducks down – the 4-H DREAM STREAM and WADDLING WATERS. And remember, when you purchase a Duck Derby ticket, you are sponsoring a rubber duck which will then be entered into the race for your chance to win one of ten prizes.

Please call 845-344-1234 to purchase your tickets and enter a duck into the Great Extension Duck Derby! Ducks are sponsored at $5 a piece or five ducks for $20. Don’t miss out on racing your ducks down the “4-H Dream Stream and Waddling Waters”. All proceeds go to the support of our Building the Dream Capital Campaign for the Park. Prizes are given to the 10 fastest ducks ($500 for 1st place), and there is even a prize for the “Lame Duck” – last place! Please support this terrific event.
