2022 Seed to Supper: Gardening on a Budget

Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County in collaboration with the Newburgh Armory Unity Center will be offering a free three-part gardening series entitled Seed to Supper – Gardening on a Budget.
Participants will learn how to:
- Plan their garden
- Get their garden started with healthy soil
- Plant their garden
- Care for their garden
- Manage pests in their garden
- Harvest their bounty
- Cook using produce from their garden
Participants will receive seeds, plants, and a few gardening tools!
This program will be held outside at the Newburgh Armory Unity Center Community Center. Classes will be taught in English. Printed materials will be available in Spanish. The program is free and open to all residents of the Newburgh Enlarged City School District.
