What is TLCD?

A program for 13-18 year old teens that directly prepares them for work force engagement.

TLCD Participants will:

• Actively learn interview skills, resume building, public speaking, communication skills, team building, and interpersonal skills through social engagement
• Listen to speakers from a variety of career fields that expose teens to potential career choices and informs about what education requirements exist in potential career pathways
• Visit colleges and learn to prepare college applications
