Helping Your Family Bloom! Virtual Workshop

  • Tuesday, March 9, 2021, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

This last year brought a set of new challenges for raising children! This is an interactive workshop for parents and caregivers that combines parenting and nutrition information that helps families bloom.

We will talk about ways to self-regulate, for adults and children alike, and look at ways to incorporate the latest nutrition guidelines into everyday family meals.

You will learn about:

  • Tools for parenting in a pandemic
  • Strategies to plant seeds for resilience
  • Tips to nourish your family
  • Recipe inspiration
  • Spring into activities ideas

In this workshop parents and caregivers will interact and learn strategies to balance high-dopamine activities like scrolling through Snapchat or playing video games with low-dopamine activities that foster emotional balance and wellbeing in your children, as well as ways to get children physically active. The interactive nature of this workshop promises to make participation an educational and fun experience!
