Join the Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County Master Gardener Volunteers as they guide you through a step-by-step demonstration on how to craft your own unique fall succulent pumpkin centerpiece. Create a perfect gift or a showpiece for your Thanksgiving table using succulents, acorns, moss and other natural materials. With proper care, it will last for months and best part is no carving is required! Just bring your creativity!
Participants can pick up the materials for this project on Wednesday, October 21st at Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) in Middletown or at the Armory in Newburgh. Alternate pickup dates at CCE are available upon request. Participants will need their own hot glue gun, glue and sharp scissors.
The October 24th Zoom session will begin with a demonstration and techniques. Then attendees will work together in small Zoom groups with a Master Gardener Volunteer to create their own beautiful centerpieces. Join us for a fun project!
