COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT

Positive Affirmation and Thank You Card/Poster Campaign - ALL ARE WELCOME!!

This is a twofold campaign:

1) Create thank you cards and consider getting them into the hands of those still working around you. Mail them to your local hospital, police, and/or fire departments; or leave one in person for local delivery people; or farmers at local farmer’s markets.

2) Positive affirmation - cards and notes will be included in the face coverings being made by CCE 4-H families. These coverings are going to individuals and organizations such as nursing homes, Middletown Police, NYC Mounted Patrol, RECAP, CCE Gleaning Program, The Alamo, and the Minisink Valley Bus Garage.A lovely card or poster drawing with words of encouragement are needed.

The Photo News is hosting a Photo Contest from now until June 1st. Send a picture of your completed sign of thanks to http://www.thephoto-news.com/submit-your-photos and to Lisa at lh593@cornell.edu.
