Item #1 – Costa Rica Timeshare

1 house up for auction and you don’t want to miss out! Sweeping magnificent views – state of mind – your vacation to Nosara Costa Rica will be an amazing journey!

The South House and The Sunset House are perched on the hill just far enough away from it all and close enough to lounge on the terrace at sunset and hear the waves crash on the beach. During your stay, the housekeeper (8am-2pm) will tidy up 2 times during your 7-day stay. Each house has 4 bedrooms, full kitchens, pools and more!

The couch in the living room also pulls out to a queen bed for additional sleeping capacity.

Let the Master Gardener’s use their creativity and make your front porch look festive for the holidays! Fresh greenery, pine cones and holiday bows will be used to decorate. 

Item #4 – Long Lot Brewery

Join Curtis Johnson on his home farm brewery and bring some friends along to do a tasting!
