During our Education Center and 4-H Park during our 4-H Fair & Family Festival located at:

These workshops will cover the basics of fermentation and how to make sauerkraut or pickled red onions. Each workshops is $15 per person. All materials and supplies are provided. Participants will go home with their ferments.
