Come Create Some Tasty Delights.

Learn how to make Beef Jerky that is flavorful as well as safe to eat. This demonstration class will cover food safety, equipment, techniques, storage tips and more. We will discuss jerky made from venison and other meats.

Cost: $20/person.

Space is limited; please register early to avoid disappointment.
