4-H Archery 2018

Learn the history of archery, safety on the range, equipment, proper shooting form and technique, and to make some form of archery tack. The primary goals of the program are to help youth demonstrate safety and concern for others, exercise discipline while achieving goals, and connect to their natural environment.

Classes are for middle school age and up, (open to 4-H and non-4-H members). Two levels are offered, beginner and intermediate. Beginners on Tuesdays, the Intermediate level meets on Wednesdays.

4-H Youth Development programs use experiential learning to help youth gain life skills and positive outcomes in the four areas of:

  • MASTERY of subject matter interests,
  • BELONGING to groups of positive peers and adults,
  • INDEPENDENCE from confidence gained and,
  • GENEROSITY as they contribute to their communities

Fee

$60 for Beginners, $80 for Intermediate. Click on the link below to register.
