What could be more delicious than the smell and taste of home-baked pastry?

Pastry is a dough of flour, water and shortening that may be savory or sweet. Join the Master Food Preservers on February 17th for this hands-on pastry making program. You will go home with your pastry creations.

Please note that this is not a gluten-free class.

We provide all the ingredients you need to bake your pastries, as well as tips and recipes so you can enjoy baking more pastry at home!

Please bring an apron, rolling pin, and a rimmed tray or box to carry your pastry home with. We recommend you don’t wear any rings to the class.

Space is limited, so please register early.
