Does store-bought bread lack your favorite ingredients? Join the Master Food Preservers on January 13th for this hands-on breadmaking program. Breads can be made in as little as three hours, so you can always have a fresh loaf without the use of a bread maker! Learn about the nutritional value of home baked bread, working with yeast and different flours and kneading techniques. Find out how to customize your ingredients, including making soy and dairy free breads.
We provide all the ingredients you need to bake your two loaves of bread, including bags for carrying it home, as well as tips and recipes so you can enjoy baking more bread at home! Please bring an apron, and we recommend you don’t wear any rings to the class.
Cost: $25 per person. Space is limited, so please register early.
