Gluten free cooking is not just dedicated for those who suffer from gluten sensitivity or celiac disease, but also for those who live with people following a gluten free diet. Going gluten free doesn't mean giving up all of your favorite foods. Learn how and what you can do to manage a gluten free life. We will demonstrate a variety of recipes for you to sample. You will also get to take home the recipes.

How do you get started on a gluten-free diet? Initially the idea can cause a little stress, but fear not! We'll help you cook your way through the best-ever homemade gluten-free recipes and inspire you to develop your own creations. Feel free to bring a recipe that you would like help altering to make gluten free.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • What gluten-free means, and how to get started on a gluten-free cooking and eating plan.
  • The best store-bought flours to have in your gluten-free pantry.
