Interested in becoming a vendor at the Orange County Agriculture & Family Festival? Our 3-day festival runs Friday, July 29th through Sunday, July 31st and attracts over 1,000 guests per day.
Becoming a festival vendor is quick and effortless with our online payment process and downloadable forms that can be returned by email, mail, or dropped off at our office.
Payments and Deposits: In order to be eligible for the Early Bird pricing, full payment must be received by June 15, 2022. All other deposits and final payments must be received by 4:30 pm on July 15, 2022 in order to exhibit at the OC Ag & Family Festival. All deposits are non-refundable.
Early Bird Pricing
Outdoor 10X10 Grass Vendor - $100; Deposit - $50
Outdoor 10X10 Food Truck Vendor - $175; Deposit - $100
Outdoor 10X10 Specialty Vendor - $25/day; Deposit - $15
Vendors are required to exhibit for the entire duration of the fair. Those that depart the fair before 4:00 pm on Sunday, July 31, 2022 will be subject to a $250 fine. If you have an outstanding fine with the OC Ag & Family Festival, you will not be permitted to exhibit at any future events on the CCE Orange Education Center & 4-H Park property until the fine has been settled.
Electrical: One duplex outlet included with each food truck vendor booth. Please note: we do not supply extension cords. A 220-230 outlet can be made available for an additional cost, please contact CCEOC for details. An extra charge will be levied for high voltage requirements. Additional Electric: $25/day
All vendors are required to supply their own pop-up tent (must have weights to weigh down tent posts) and any additional materials needed for your space or display.
