Have the dreary, gray days gotten you down?

Shake it Off!

Step 1: 

Put on the music and dance, get moving and have fun! Students in grade 3 at Fairlawn Public School created this dance for classes to use for daily physical activity. Enjoy!

Step 2: 

Get familiar with SuperTracker at ChooseMyPlate.gov and begin tracking your daily progress.
