DESCRIPTION:Milk and dairy products are New York State’s top agricultural commodity! Want to learn more about where milk comes from and meet the cows that make it? Orange County 4-H is hosting a 5-week Dairy Explorer’s program at local dairy farms!Participants will visit local dairy farms, meet the cows, and gain real-world experience in animal care. Along the way, they’ll enjoy fun crafts and activities and even have the opportunity to showcase a calf at the Orange County Fair during the program’s final week.Program Schedule:
