Do you pack a lunch for work or school? Lunch is not only a sandwich or salad. Get creative, and search the internet for ideas. Be healthy and balance your plate.
Try these tips to make it streamlined, quick and healthy:
Set aside a space on your counter, in the pantry or cupboard for LUNCH ONLY SNACKS. Crackers, graham crackers, goldfish, pretzels, and raisins are great! Pre-portion out in snack size zip close bags.
In the refrigerator, have a bowl of washed fruit, and other fruits in zip closed bags ready to grab-and-go. Have another bowl ready with pre-portioned bags of baby carrots, celery sticks, pepper strips, and cucumber spears.
