Weekly Wellness Tips One Pot

Meals that can be prepared in one pot and fit in one bowl, how easy is that.

You may even feel as if you won the dish, pot and pan lottery!

Less work in the kitchen equals more time spent with your family.

Soup can be easy to make and adapt for even the pickiest eaters. If someone doesn’t like one of the veggies trade it for another veggie. Remember to go easy on canned food add-ins, they may contain high amounts of sodium.

For more protein, instead of meat, add your favorite canned beans, rinsed and drained.

If you want, add rice or noodles. Why not try a whole grain variety?

Brown rice, couscous, barley and pasta all can be added at the end of cooking time.
