Put your Fitness Plan into Action

Ask yourself the following questions:

Are you physically active for at least 20 minutes per day?

Does your heart beat faster?

Are your building muscle and defying gravity?

Now think about what physical activity you enjoy doing: is it yoga, running, playing with your child, dancing, walking your dog?

Do you choose an activity that brings you a feeling of accomplishment and wellbeing, or do you dread the activity?

It might be time to re-evaluate your physical activity routine and choose something you like to do and enjoy.
