Plant, water and grow your own vegetables or herbs!

Waiting for the fresh vegetables and herbs to grow can be a fun family activity.

Each day one member of the family can water, and another can check to see how much the veggies have grown.

Finally, on harvest day, everyone can help pick and prepare a healthy salad or cooked dish.
