Keep in my mind that what you eat and how physically active you are will help you to manage your diabetes successfully.
Start with simple movements that will increase blood flow to your feet, some examples are marching in place or taking short walks. Movements that encourage eye and hand coordination are good to try also.
Physical activity helps to keep your blood moving to all parts of your body. Mountain climbing and running a marathon can be future goals; however physical activity needs to be introduced gradually if you have been inactive.
Slowly increase your activity. You will notice that you feel better!
