Warmer weather and outdoor cooking...the perfect combination! Summer means family and friends gathered together, and usually little to no kitchen clean up.
Just be careful to handle food safely, and keep cold foods cold, and hot foods hot.
Marinades should be thrown out after marinating time is completed.
A platter for raw meat needs to be washed before the cooked meat is placed back on it, that goes for utensils too.
