The eighth annual Great Extension Duck Derby will be held at CCE Orange County's Education Center and 4-H Park on Saturday, October 1st.
Ducks will be released promptly at 1:01 P.M., so be sure to arrive on time, as you do not want to miss this exciting race! As we have done for the past few years, we will be building a temporary “river” to run our ducks down – the 4-H DREAM STREAM and WADDLING WATERS. And remember, when you purchase a Duck Derby ticket, you are sponsoring a rubber duck which will then be entered into the race for your chance to win one of our prizes!

Ducks are sponsored at $5 a piece or five ducks for $20. Don’t miss out on racing your ducks down the “4-H Dream Stream and Waddling Waters”. All proceeds support our Education Center & 4-H Park. Prizes are given to the 10 fastest ducks ($500 for 1st place), and there is even a prize for the “Lame Duck” – last place! Please support this terrific event!
