f you're thinking ways to preserve your harvest from the garden,why not try dehydration? This class demonstrates basic dehydration techniques as they apply to fruit, vegetables and herbs.

We will cover selection of equipment needed, preparation, storage and optimal foods for dehydrating.

Cost: $20/person.

Space is limited; please register early to avoid disappointment.
