Great Extension Duck Derby

This year's event is being held on July 29th as part of the Family Fun Day at the Education Center & 4-H Park, 300 Finchville Turnpike, Otisville, NY

First Prize: $500 (need not be present to win)

The Fourth Annual Great Extension Duck Derby is a fun event in which  people "adopt" small, rubber ducks which will “race” down the "river!"

Prizes are given out for the first 10 ducks that cross the finish line. There is also a “Lame Duck” award for the last place duck!

Duck Derby proceeds to benefit the Park.

Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County has launched a $5,000,000 Capital Campaign to raise funds for a new Education Center and 4-H Park. The “Park” will be home to dozens of Extension (including 4-H) activities each year, including our Annual 4-H Showcase. In order to meet our Capital Campaign goal, we need everyone’s help with fundraising.
