Making Your Own Pickles

Pickling is the process of preserving food by the use of brine or vinegar. Learn how to make Hot Dog Relish, Piccalilli, and Pickled Eggs!  You will be able to take home samples to enjoy.

You'll go home with 1 pint jar of each pickle and the recipes to share with your family and friends. Enjoy the taste of summer through the winter months.

Cost: $30/person. Must be 18 years of age. Bring a apron and lunch. No open-toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back. Each participant will be required to sign a risk waiver. Space is limited to 16 people, so please register early to avoid disappointment. Registration deadline is September 2, 2016.
