These hands-on workshops reinforce skills and procedures – giving you a more complete learning experience. Each workshop is $27/person

Space is limited to 16 per session, so please register early to avoid disappointment. Age 18 and over only. Each participant will be required to sign a risk waiver. Please bring an apron. Peach Bellini Jam

Learn how to make great tasting Peach Bellini Jam. Take home and enjoy samples. Registration Deadline: 8-11-17.

Traditional Grape Jelly
October 14, 2017, 9:00am-1:00pm
You will never go back to commercially made grape jelly after you've tasted homemade! In this class you will learn how to extract juice from grapes and turn it into the perfect jelly. Of course, you'll bring home samples of your efforts! Registration Deadline: 10-6-17.
